A message to our 5th and 6th grade students.
Right now we have our Halloween dance schedule for Oct 9th. If we want the dance to happen, we need more parents to sign up and chaperone. Talk to your parents and see if they are willing to help out! They will receive a sign up link in their email today!
FCA is meeting this Friday at 7:10 am in Mrs. Maier’s kitchen which is room 215. Contact Mr. Black or Mrs. Maier with questions.
Grace will be hosting trivia at lunch today. Have one person, per lunch table, bring a Chromebook for a chance to win!

Monday, September 29th - B Day
Mrs. Rademacher is recommending this week’s book. Here is an excerpt from the 128-page book. “That was when my English teacher decided not to flunk me—if I wrote a long story during my summer vacation. My name’s Tom Barry. I’m sixteen, and I really do want to be a junior next year at the high school in St. Paul where I live.”
The 8th grade non-school sponsored Washington DC trip is still open for registration. Currently 75 people are signed up to go. If you are interested in joining the trip, Mrs. Menke and Mrs. Kasel have trip information sheets for you to take home or see Mr. Hanson in the 7th grade house before or after school.
There are a lot of Middle School athletic change this week. Please keep an eye on the TV's and Band. Today’s changes are girls and boys soccer will go to John Glenn for one CoEd game. Bus leaves at 2:45pm, game at 3:30pm.
If you are interested in the guitar club. There will be an interest meeting on Thursday after school in room 159.
Student Council applications are due tomorrow! If you're interested in being a leader in our school, be sure to apply!
Congrats to the U13 girls soccer team on winning the championship at the North United Fall Cup. Way to go, girls!!!!

Tomorrow is the deadline to bring in your tug of war donations to your advisory class. Winners will be announced on Monday. If you forget your donations at home tomorrow, they WILL NOT be delivered to you or your advisory class so don’t forget tomorrow is the final day for collection!

Outdoor Club Members: If you were unable to attend yesterday’s meeting, please stop by Mr. Shemon’s room for a permission slip. All slips are due next Thursday, May 15.

If you’re ready to play Bingo after school with the student council, meet in the cafeteria. The cost is $2 to play. We will play until 3:30pm.

Attention next year’s WEB leaders. If you didn’t check your email yesterday, please do so today about an important message about tomorrow’s play day.
There are only 2 days left after today to bring in those donations to your advisory class. Remember, the top two classes in each grade earn their way into the tug of war. Who doesn’t want a chance at pulling the staff into a pool of ice cold water????
OurStudent Council is hosting one more after school BINGO this year. Tomorrow after school in the cafeteria from 2:45-3:30 pm. The cost is $2 to play. It is open to all students 5th - 8th grade.
Attention Outdoor Club: Please meet in Mr. Shemon’s room to discuss our upcoming fishing trip and create your own lure. Our meeting will last until 3:30. See you there!
