Wednesday, March 25th - B Day

  • The thrilling book Ms. Schumacher recommends is the first of a seven-part series that is loaded with international adventures. The twelve-year-old hacker broke into the New York City foster care system to expose her foster parents as cheats and lawbreakers. However, instead of being hailed as a hero, she found herself facing years in a juvenile detention facility and being banned from using computers for the same stretch of time.

  • The HMS Outdoor Club will have a short meeting TODAY to discuss the upcoming rock climbing trip! It will be held in Mr. Shemon’s room from 2:40-3. 

  • Calling all 5th and 6th Graders! There will be an Under the Sea dance going from 6:30 pm - 8:30 pm this Friday! You must pay $6 to get into the dance OR bring $5 and a food donation. At the dance, there will be music, a photo booth, and food/items to buy between $1-3. School rules apply and you must be present at school the day of the dance in order to attend.

Tuesday, March 24th - A Day

  • Ms. Schumacher recommends a book that operates out of a castle in Scotland. The five kids from around the world are like family. When they’re not at the local boarding school, they’re mastering their spy skills, so they can go places in the world where adults can’t.

  • The HMS Outdoor Club will have a short meeting TOMORROW to discuss the upcoming rock climbing trip! It will be held in Mr. Shemon’s room from 2:40-3. 

  • A reminder to our 6th grade students and staff - following these announcements you will be meeting via Google meets with Mr. Addyman.   

  • Remember to live the Raider Way, be Safe, Respectful, and Responsible. 

Monday, March 23rd - B Day

  • Mrs. Schumacher recommends a book that brings together five kids from all over the world and transforms them into real-life spies. This spy book is filled with adventure and mystery.

  • Registration is open for spring sports. Spring sports include 5-8th grade Boys and Girls Track and 5-8th grade boys tennis. Spring sports start April 1st.
