Hastings High School offers several opportunities for students to earn college credit while completing high school coursework. Each program provides valuable preparation for life after graduation, but the structure, setting, and expectations differ. Understanding these distinctions helps students and families choose the pathway that best matches their goals and readiness. Look through these options and attend one of our information sessions (see link below).

Are you interested in earning college credit while still in high school?
We're excited to announce monthly virtual informational sessions designed to help students and families learn about the college credit opportunities available at Hastings High School. These sessions will cover:
Concurrent Enrollment (college courses taught at HHS)
Advanced Placement (AP) courses
Transcripted Credits and Articulation Agreements
Post-Secondary Enrollment Options (PSEO)
Each session will explain how these options work, outline the eligibility requirements, describe the benefits, highlight potential challenges, and clarify student responsibilities.
Due to high interest, we're unable to schedule individual meetings.
Registered participants will receive a link to join the meeting 48 hours before the session. Both the student and a parent or guardian are required to attend one virtual PSEO information session in order for the student to be eligible to participate in PSEO. They may attend together using the same device or join the same session separately from different locations. Attendance must be documented for both the student and the parent/guardian; one person may not attend on behalf of the other.
We look forward to seeing you at one of our College Credit Opportunities Information Sessions and helping you explore the path that's right for you!
