Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
You and your family have support resources available through the District’s EAP, the
Standard, for services such as:

Depression, grief, loss, and emotional well being
Financial and legal concerns
Stress or anxiety with work or family
Addictions such as alcohol and drug abuse
And more!

EAP is a voluntary program that provides professional and confidential support and resources 24/7 to help employees and their families with issues that impact their personal lives or job performance. There is no cost to be a part of the EAP plan. District employees who are eligible to be covered under the district's LTD insurance and their dependents.
