Description:
The Writing Center is a space in the Media Center for students to work on writing / communication projects one-on-one with a trained student writing coach during the brainstorming, outlining, drafting, or revising stage of the writing process. To get involved as a writing coach, interested students apply during the spring semester for a position during the following academic year. Watch the high school announcements for more information about the application process and requirements in the spring of each year.
Meeting Dates/Times:
Quarterly group meetings. Each student serves one shift per week in the writing center.
Eligibility & How To Sign-up:
Open to 10th - 12th graders. Apply in the spring for the following year.
